Your matress cleaning service was a pleasant surprise!
there are still spots on the stairs and in the master bedroom that should have been removed. I have my own hoover and it would have done a better job, but because i was hit by a drunk driver and both my neck and back got broke, I am very dissapointed especialy since it cost me $almost 260.00 dollars
The tile came out very nice and the technician was very friendly. I am not impressed with how the carpet turned out. I can see a line where he stopped short on the far end of the room and the area where I pointed out that my dog lays doesn't look like it came even one shade cleaner.

By far the best and most honest floor cleaning company. The service rep, ( Wally ), was very knowledgeable and informative. We have an ongoing issue with pet urine stains and had another company out to clean the carpet. They left the carpet with discoloration and sprayed some type of "deodorizer" that was so strong the room was unlivable for the 1st week. Zerorez got rid of the discolorations and the residual flower odor left behind by the previous cleaners with no extra work or cost. Thank you so much!

They left my tile grout like new and the carpets didn't crunch and smelled good. The whole job was wonderful. EXCEPT I had called 4 weeks earlier to schedule the appt and asked for an early afternoon appt cause I go to bed about 5 cause I work nights. They scheduled me for "between 4 & 6" and I told them I needed it earlier "oh yeah, between 3 & 5". They man got here at 5:20 so the office just said that to appease me. He did do a wonderful job.
Best carpet cleaning service by far. The technicians worked carefully and quickly. Everything looks as good as new.
The service I received from Zerorez was amazing. The gentlemen who cleaned my sectional couch and carpet were friendly, knowledgeable, and nice. I am beyond happy with the way my couch and carpet turned out. I will definitely be using Zerorez in the future!

carpet is vacuumed at least 1 per week. It was done the nite before your visit. After the carpet dried, it was vacuumed, and lose crud filled the vacuum cleaner chamber. Your system did NOT extract this material. Not satisfied.

It was easy to schedule an appointment and I was contacted to verify my appointment. The technician was courteous and explained the product and process used. He was on time. He answered my questions and explained the pricing structure. There was no surprise or hidden costs so the final bill was I what expected. He was efficient and thorough in cleaning my stairs. I chose Zerorez based on my sister's recommendation in Denver. Usually I use companies I find on Angie's list so since I didn't check there before scheduling your firm I was taking a risk. I will use your company in the spring to clean additional rooms. Thanks for great job.
I was a bit shocked at the amount of money that was requested to treat what amounted to a total of maybe 1sq ft of carpet for some pet accidents. we treat with an enzyme right away and I showed the technician were, He then placed 12 business cards with in this small area and told me that it would be 25 dollars for every card to treat the area. that was a bit over the top. I believe that as far as cleaning my carpet I am satisfied, it is not stiff, sticky or smelly. but I was put off by the hundreds of dollars wanted to treat a small area from my pets. also it is not even a bad problem there is no smell in the house I just know that there have been some accidents and was hoping to treat them.
From the start, I liked the responsiveness and flexibility in scheduling as well as gaining an estimate up front. There was continuing good communication on when a technician would arrive: two days before, that day, and then 10-15 mins. before the person arrived. The technician, Jonathan, was quite professional, courteous, and efficient. He did a wonderful job, and I feel like I've gotten new carpet installed. Zerorez came recommended to me by my neighbor, and now I know why! Would highly recommend you to anyone....
