Love it! The employee did an amazing job and our carpet looks so much better!
The service rep was attentive to our questions as well as respectful our house with
use of footwear.... he explained everything completely and gave advice , as well as
showed us the equipment and how it works to make our carpets like new !!!
He took his time doing the work and didn't skip on the areas that we were concerned about,
as well as the general areas also...
We have like new carpet !! even though it was well worn prior !!

I like the non-chemical approach and the caution the technician took protecting the walls and corners of the house.
Did not clean all the grout against the walls. There were some tile grout spots missed. Carpet was kinda stiff.

The products work and the gentleman who did the service really got the spots out!! He was clean, polite and knowledgeable!!
I know that I signed a form saying the smell may not be completely gone but for $230 I would expect better results. My carpets were "crunchy" going against the zero residue. I can fine several companies offering coupons and deals for much less. I regret spending the money for mediocre results.

The technician was very thorough and polite and a great representative of your company. For the most part, all stains were removed. We do still have a few in one room. Do you come back and retreat? I have recommended your services to a friend already.
Be completely up front about your pricing when scheduling.
The technician was very slow and appeared to be inexperienced and with the amount of tile we had it took awhile. Once he got going it was better but he did miss a few spots as he went along and we felt like we had to watch him. We were disappointed with how our counter top tile came out and he didn't warn us ahead of time at how messy it was going to be - we weren't prepared for water to fly everywhere and get all over the cabinets and appliances -not having done this before - and I'm not sure if had done that before.
