My 2 hour time window was 1 to 3 p.m. and the tech. did not show up until 4 p.m.
I did receive a call advising of that but it still would have been better to show up at the assigned time window.
Your representative was polite, clean, and on time! The carpet looked great once he was finished.

There was no chemical smell and the citrus smell there was was great! We had our couch cleaned and it looks great! Great service and the technician did a great job of explaining their procedure.

Arrived when you said you would. No hidden charges. Carpets are just like new when you finished ( No crunchy, stiff residue).
I loved the carpets, and your team was very professional, they did a wonderful job.
But when it came to the tile (and it was dirty) I wish that they could have paid more attention to the way it was left becuase there were spots that looked that it hadn't been cleaned or it needed another pass with the cleaning machine.
I will probably clean the tile myself but I will definately use zerorez for carpets 100% of the time.

John was very nice as well as professional. Unfortunately he was unable to get the carpet completely clean in areas. I am having the manufacturer's rep take a look at it to see if they can clean it or if it will need to be replaced. The carpet is only a year old.
I expected to come home and have my house smell fresh and clean instead it smelled stale

This process was way too expensive and not at all better than the chemical cleaners! The $50 kit for subsequent spots does NOT work and I would like my money back! I give it a ZERO!!

I like that there are no chemicals in my carpet. That residue was removed. The technician was friendly and worked speedily. My carpets feel fluffy and not crispy like with other services. Thank you.

this is our second time using Zerorez and to be perfectly honest, I wasn't really all that impressed with the first cleaning, we entertain a lot and our carpets really take a beating. We've always used a well know carpet cleaning company to clean our carpets quarterly in the past. the first time we had Zerorez out, I thought, eeh, doesn't feel or look any different then the other guys. We just had a huge shindig for Thanksgiving, 38 adults and 12 kids, all laughing, eating , drinking and spilling. Our carpets were a disaster! ! ! I husband insisted on calling Zerorez, he really likes the water. OMG, what a difference, my carpets and padding look and feel like new. Plumpie and soft, it just took a little more to get all the garbage from the other company, all I know is I'm hooked for life. We won't go anywhere else to get our carpets cleaned. . . .
