I went through exactly what I wanted done when I made the appointment; however, that was not done but I must say, the technician came right back and fixed it after I brought it to your attention. Very good customer service although I might have given me a discount for the inconvenience.

Did a good job. Carpet looks great
Its been a month and the carpet looks like it wasn't cleaned. Even a couple days after the carpets were cleaned, you could see a black tint on the carpet, also, there are still some stains there ones that we haven't seen before. No sure if there was something on the cleaning tools or what. It doesnt look good. It's only on the living carpet. We are not happy at all. Very disappointed. Not sure how you can make this right. I don't know if re cleaning the area would help or not.
Your service man was very friendly, respectful and was willing to explain the difference between zero rez and other companies. Now we will see if it lives up to the "hype". My rugs looked better than they have looked using other companies, so I really could tell the difference.
The carpets looked great. I was extremely pleased with the service too. On time and very efficient.
Technician did a great job with the carpet, travertine, and tile and was respectful of the rest of the house.

Technician, Andrew was very knowledgeable, and very honest with us about the very dirty and damaged carpet in our rental home. Based on his honesty in telling us not to try cleaning one room due to the damage to the carpet, we decided to get our tile cleaned too! And it turned out beautifully!!

nothing I have already recommended you to many friends and clients but they have thei rown choices to make. I would like to have a single assessment of the entire house and break it up over one year so I can do everything over 12 omonths.

You folks are AWESOME! Your technicians are professional and you have done your very best with my carpet and tile. I had ZREOrez come back to work on my grout and I'm happy to say they did all they could do since my crout was not sealed from the previous owner's. But I have to say it looks 100% better than it did before ZEROrez provided service at my residence.

The young man who came to our home was very professional and did a great job of the carpet and tile. I liked the product because you were not using soap chemicals and your product was environmentally safe. I would recommend Zerorez to family and friends.
I've used Zerorez before and was very pleased with the outcome of the cleaning job they did. I am also very pleased with the cleaning they did this time also. I do however have some apprehension on the recommendation due to the up selling you do versus your commercial on KFYI. Any 3 rooms tile or carpet should be just that or it equivalent. I was never told that hallways were a separate charge of $2.00 a lineal foot. That took the charge to almost double for what I expected. Finding that out when someone is at the house is just unprofessional. I did call and say I had halls and even offered to stop what I was doing to fill any cancellation which I did. Both men were every professional and are a credit to your company. Please make sure you make a policy to let your customers know as it is a negative for customer relations.

Tech was courteous and efficient and the floors looked great while he was here. After the floors completely dried the same ground in dirt in the grout was there as well as some other spills on the floor that was purposely left there by me.
It works!! like the advertizements say it does. I am in a leased townhouse that has light carpeting which had not been cleaned properly in at least 7 years. It looks like practically new carpet now. Am I happy??? Absolutely!!
