Attentice and efficient
From hearing the ads, my exepctations were exteremely high. Although I am mostly satisfied, a couple of the traffic areas did not come out as clean as I had expected. Of course it may be that the carpet is too worn out in the area. I love the soft feel of the carpet after it dried out; the young man that was at my home was very pleasant, seemed very knowledgeable, and I think he did his best to try to get the traffic areas clean. I definitely want to use your company again if I can afford it. I have already told a friend about your company and will recommend Zerorez to others if I have the opportunity.
Service was great. I wound up spending a lot more than anticipated and will have to look for a better bargain in the future.

Not happy with how pet stains did not come out of the carpet. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the rest of the cleaning and service.
That you use only water and no chemicals/detergents that leave a residue after it's cleaned. I also appreciate the prompt, professional service. No surprises regarding the rates - I was told up front the estimate of costs. No pressure to add additional services, but I did add the tile cleaning that was offered. Also I wanted a company that did not use the big circular cleaners, as I've heard that damages carpeting.

This was the second time that I've had your company clean my carpets. The first time my carpets looked absolutely AMAZING!! This time I've noticed that there are still a couple of spots that he missed. Apparently there was a mix up with scheduling which made it so the technician was working over 12 hours that particular day (which I felt absolutely horrible about) but if he was unable to give my carpet 100% attention then I wish we would have rescheduled. I will definitely try your company one more time as I don't feel it would be fair to judge your company under these circumstances.

At first, I thought they did a good job - then the carpet dried crunchy. I was told that my carpet was really worn, so it would not come clean. I actually had runners down, so it wasn't really that worn. We were wondering if they used dirty water. One of the bedrooms was not even cleaned behind the door. In one of the rooms where there was a phone cord, is now a long dirty streak. They did not clean close to the base boards in any of the rooms. The staff was polite, but for what I had to pay, not worth it. How to make it right? I think a refund is in order. My boyfriend was going to use zerorez - not now. I won't use this company again, and I won't recommend zerorez to anyone.
Timely arrival, professional serviceman, carefully attending to cleaning and care of walls and corners, and excellent job!
It was fantastic. The guy that showed up, I believe his name was Albert, was excellent. He got stuff out of my carpet that I didn't even know existed. We had a spot on the carpet that had silly putty ground into it, don't ask how it got there in the first place, but he got that out with minimal effort. I was so surprised at how well it came out. Give that man a raise!
Easy to set up an appointment, affordable, great results
I like the people who cleaned the rug. They were very professional and thorough. My rug looks beautiful again.
Value for the money wasn't there due to up charge due to sqft size of rooms. Charged as if I had 5 rooms which it wasn't. If you took total sqft versus individual then I might think there would be value.
