I was quoted a price and that is what I was charged. Not a lot of upselling. Also, the person that came to my house was so courteous, so professional and very meticulous about his work. It was an extremely pleasant experience. Sadly that is a rarity in the carpet cleaning business.

Charles Garvin was on time, worked quickly but efficiently and was professional and polite. I will admit that I was skeptical at first because no chemicals were used in the cleaning process but my carpet looks great! Even the oil stains were removed. I love the fact that there are no chemical residues in my carpet because I have a pet. I also love that there were no "chemical" odors because I am an asthmatic and cannot tolerate perfumes or odors given off by cleansers. I will definitely be calling you again when I need to have my carpets cleaned in the future. In fact, 2 days after you cleaned my carpets, I referred you to one of my friends.
Your technician (Peter) did a great job. He is a credit to your business. I will use z1erorez for the next few times to see how the carpet is after all the soap has been removed. I reautlly like the cleaner feeling of the carpet now and will refer friends and family if the next cleaning is as good as this time.

This was the first time I used a cleaning company. Your Tech was very clean, professional and helpful. I was expecting the heavy traffic areas to come out better, and the carpet to be dryer than it was, but he did a great job and I will call him back to complete our home.

I used one of those Machines you can rent from Safe Way a few months ago and the carpets still looked dirty. The wife asked me to call you guys up to have the carpets professionally cleaned. It's was worth every penny. Happy wife happy life, Thank you Zerorez
