The quality of cleaning and technicians plus, the no soap residue after cleaning! Plus your overall custmer servie team is excellent i.e. the notifications as to arrival day and times!

Time of arrive was 4:30p.m. My carpets took 2 1/2 hours so it was 7:00 p.m. and dark before job was complete. Carpets take longer to dry this time of year and especially when they job didn't start till 4:30 p.m. Very little day time and sunlight for carpets to dry before bedtime in master bedroom. Service was done very professionally and I was happy with the results, just not the time frame which it was done. I would recommend to your company not to arrive anywhere later then daylight will allow the job to be completed.

I am happy with everything. My carpets have not looked this good since they were new. My sofa and chairs looks shades lighter. I also purchased the empowered cleaning fluid and am so pleased at how it cleans mirrors, electronics, appliances and tile. And so many other things I haven't tried yet! Jonathan is absolutely the best! What a team leader ... he knows his stuff! And Joe C was great as well. So happy I was unable to schedule with the company I used before and will be calling Zerorez from now on!

There were always streaks or stains they could not remove. It always looks and smells great when you guys are done. Thanks for all your hard work. I know our office is not an easy one to clean.
