Your customer service is very good. I have wanted to use you for years, but the cost was high and I could not afford it. this year we decided to change our budget and get the best cleaning. however, the carpets do not show as well as when we have conventional cleaners. The technician stated it was due to the carpets age (after the second trip). However, based on your long term advertisement and promotion, I expected great results.
