Fantastic servis
Your people are very courteous and on time. He cares about what your carpet looks like and will try to get out any stains or traffic area dirt that looks like it hasn't come out. He's very helpful and cleans up any mess that was made. Leaves i looking the way it was when he came. I will call you again when I need my carpet again. I would like the person I had.
We have used Zerorez in both of our homes (MN and AZ). Although there was a problem w/our tile floor (in AZ) it was fixed and looks great! You made sure we were happy w/the out-come. Thank you!

the fact that there are no chemicals, and unlike other times we have had our carpet cleaned there was NO wet carpet smell afterward! Steven Richarson, the tech that cleaned our carpet, was able to come earlier than expected and did a great job in a small amount of time. He was friendly, very knowledgeable about your services and products and not pushy when making recommendations or suggestions of products, which I appreciated very much! The staff that I spoke with to set up my appointment was also very friendly and helpful. I also enjoy the message that you listen to when you get put on hold, whoever came up with that idea is very clever! Keep up the great work!!
