No soap in the cleaning process.
Very good service
This year we have had a lot of traffic!!Still after the last cleaning , they look great!I have had my carpets cleaned by Zero Rezfor several years, and they look great !
The service was organized, prompt, friendly, and efficient. ...AND, they got a 20 yr old stain out of the carpet!

We are so glad we had Albert clean our carpets. We adopted a little dog that decided to use our carpets as her personal toilet. We had tried a lot of other methods that have wasted our time and money. We were at the point of tearing out the flooring, or possibly burning the place to the ground. Albert swooped in to save the day. Our home doesn't need urinal cakes anymore. Thank you Zerorez and thank you Mr November.
Great product and superior service!
I love your carpet cleaning, I had tried a number of types with great disappointment afterwards. I also have a bottle of your water that I use for household cleaning that I really like and appreciate. It is a great substitute for a number of other products I had been using.
Your representative, Sean Hartman, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The service was awesome, the results astounding. I've told everyone I know.
Andrew was very friendly and very thorough with what he would be doing to my carpets and two area rugs. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My carpets looked great and the dry time was half of other companies. Will always use Zerorez from this day forward for all my cleaning needs.

That they are chemical free
I have used Zerorez every year since 2008 and I highly recommend the service. This January 2014 cleaning produced another very clean carpet and I am very satisfied. The cleaning was very thorough. I do recommend Zerorez to friends. The workers were polite, efficient and EARLY. Big SMILE here! Very pleasant experience.

However it would be nice to know the total of what you're paying before they take your payment information. We also ended up getting a giant container of your product that we didn't even realize we asked for and later found out we were charged $50 for it.
The technician was very professional and did a great job. We received good communication about when the tech would be arriving. Best of all, our carpets look great.
