My technician was quick to get the job done. My only complaint was that when I was quoted, I was generous in estimating the size of my living room and dining room area and counted it as 3 spaces, then said I had 20 steps. When he arrived he said the quote was for 15 steps and needed to increase it, and then said my living and dining room would have only technically been two spaces. I refused to pay the additional cost increase based on that, so he did leave my original quote. He was very thorough in explaining the process and did convince me to get the scotch guarding. My carpets had not been done in 4 years and I am thoroughly impressed with the process and how great they look. Definitely will be recommending them but next time I will ask for a written quote instead of a verbal quote. I've been hearing the Zerorez commercials for years and now I am a believer.
I like the fact that you don't use chemicals and service was prompt and efficient.
Every person I spoke to was courteous,answered all my question and offered additional information based upon my questions (great work Paul & Derick) and all promises were kept. You wouldn't want to know how often that is NOT true!
I liked that I got a call 2 days before to re-affrim the appoint "window" and then to my pleasant surprise another call 45 minutes prior to expected arrival to say the technician had finished earlier than expected and could come to my stop earlier if convenient for me.
It was, and Derick got started about 20 minutes before planned. Derick was professional and friendly & did a wonderful job! Our apartment carpet, which is at least 9 years old, looks so much better now.
Your machine to put the carpet stain protection on my carpet was broken so i wasn't able to have that done.

From start to finish my experience was above all expectations. When I placed the call to make my appt. the representative was very professional and spoke clearly on the phone. The time frame for the service tech to arrive at my home was right on time, with the phone call that was promised before arrival as well. My technician was polite, professional and very careful to respect myself and my home. The cleaning of my carpet and my tile, was better than I had expected. If I could rate a 10 +++++ I would. Thank you and I will definitely reccommend you to all my family and friends. :)
I was very impressed with our carpet after it had been cleaned. First name removed was very professional and courious.
The tech was fine. I am so look disappointed when they charged me for THREE ROOMS FOR ONE LARGE FORMAL LIVING AREA. I was quoted 133.00 n it cost 300.00. Not acceptable.
