The citrus pretreatment spray did leave a residue on the carpet.
Service was excellent, and the clean extraction of dirt far better, and quicker than traditional carpet cleaning.
I still have a dark carpet spot by the garage entry door. I feel more attention should have been paid to this spot. It's not a shadow
professional, thorough, no smell and material was soft to the touch. also everything dried very quickly

I had ZEROREZ come out to clean the carpet in a new home that we are purchasing and the service was phenomenal! Your representative was quick and polite, and he was very social (which I like). He talked to me about what he was going to do and offered other stuff to me, like the protection that I added - and he wasn't at all 'sales-y' (which I don't like). He was an absolute joy to deal with. I will definitely be calling you again in the next week or so to clean the carpets in the house we are moving out of! The carpet you cleaned looks amazing. Thanks so much!!

Have a clean rug
I liked how truly clean my carpets got - they look like new, unlike the places that have done them before and honestly the traffic areas looked worse after they were cleaned then before due to the soap that was used.
We needed to get the carpets cleaned in our rental house and were pleased with the service we received from your technician. He was very knowledgeable about the stains (including pet stains) that were present and treated them accordingly. The carpet dried quickly and seriously looked almost new! We have used your company several times in other incidences and will continue to use your services whenever needed. Thank you!
My sofa and mattresses were cleaned and felt soft afterward ... not crunchy.
Use an attachment or device to clean up to the baseboards and around toilets on tile floors.
