Mike was on time. He was careful and did a good job in all rooms. When I pointed out bad staining on the arm of a chair in the sectional he was cleaning he did not hesitate to go over it again. The process seems to be a good one, the carpet (10 years old) looks great.
I'm looking forward to see how the cleaning lasts. The only thing he didn't do was place guards under the wood legs of the furniture where it was possible. I hope the wet doesn't affect the finish in these places.

We haven't moved into the house yet and the carpet is pretty old. So it's not that I wouldn't recommend you guys, I just don't know how much you guys were able to do with carpet that age? More than anything, I just wanted the sterilization.

The customer service with making the reservation, with reminder call, with the call 15 minutes before arriving. Techs are always very nice and professional. The carpets look great!
no chemicals and the results were beautiful
I thought it would be better with all the hype I thought that my carpets woul e really really cleaned that there would be something "special" bit it looks just like I do when I used my own steam cleaner. It smelt bad. And stayed wet for about 15-20 hours. I am just not impressed and would not recommend spending that much money and not have anything better.
Great customer service an tech did an awesome job.
There is an area completely across the front of the couch that looks different. The tech explained it as pooling. I got on line and looked it up the pictures look different than my area. Have never had this happen before. Perhaps someone else should review it

Professional staff and a product that really works
I like the cleaning solution I purchased.It seems to work well. I am pretty happy with the cleaning of our carpet but I still see some of the spots I thought would disappear. The service man said we had good carpet and it would clean up nice,but the spots are noticeable.
Carpet looks soooo clean. There was no odor.
