Fast, curteous service, knowledgeable concerning company. Excellent job in cleaning living room carpeting, 3-pc. sectional, cleaning and sealing tile in two rooms, a 29-foot hallway and two bathrooms. Will definitely use Zerorez in the future!

Quality service from knowledgable and friendly people. I was also impressed with the dedication to do the best job possible. The job did not feel rushed, which I have found to be common for many previous services from other companies.
When scheduling my appointment, I was told the appointment was on a Wednesday, but received an email stating my appointment was Tuesday. When I called Zerorez to confirm, the representative told me all calls are recorded for quality assurance and they would listen to the recording of my initial call. This made me feel as though the representative felt I wasn't telling the truth, when all I wanted was to figure out which day I needed to move my furniture.
Also, I requested an evening appointment and when I called Zerorez to ask for my 2 hour window (since by the morning of my appointment I didn't receive a call from them telling me my 2 hour window), I was told my window was 1:00pm-3:00pm. When I explained I asked for an evening appointment, the representative explained they consider evenings between 1:00pm-6:00pm. This would have been good information to have when I scheduled the appointment.
On a positive note, the technicians that came to my house were very professional, knowledgable and friendly. My carpets came out great! I would use Zerorez again hoping the scheduling confusion was a fluke.

Well I have had other companies come out and they actually got the carpet alot cleaner but they used a different process. they would use pre treatment , but also would use a scrubber for the carpet prior to the shampoo machine, Maybe thats it. But other wise you guys are very proffesional. I just have seen carpets that were worse and got alot cleaner they looked brand new agian.

Im not sure about the products you use. But I do know the stains in my carpet that I thought would not come clean from a renters dirty work boots are gone. I am impressed
We had our carpets cleaned yesterday and the technician did a great job; they look new. He was very efficient and professional. He took special precaution not to mess up the corners of our walls by covering them with plastic shields. The powerful, truck-mounted machine pulled out most of the moisture and the carpets dried very quickly. I have already recommended your company to several others and have scheduled an appointment for tile cleaning later this week. It is refreshing to find a company that provides good service at a reasonable price. Thank you!

I was charged almost $200 for cleaning my carpet. I asked the guy to be honest with me, if he could and said, yes with all these chemicals, etc. but it is still hard and still has a smell to it.

After my carpet was cleaned it looked brand new. I love the empowered water for all purpose cleaning. As a spot remover it is fantastic.
