Everything. The technician was so friendly and explained everything on how your products work. My carpet was so nasty with grime and oil stains from my husband and teenager that I thought I would have to replace my carpet, but I thought I would give Zerorez a shot. Well, the tech was able to get my carpet looking new again. I love it. The staff in the office was super nice. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
Competent person did a great job in a short time
Your technician Peter Farrell is a stellar example of courtesy and professionalism. He did everything possible to satisfy my concerns and expectations. His work ethic and communication skills are excellent. Unfortunately I feel the negative issues I experienced are the result of initial contact with your service. I explained my specific needs for pet stain removal and that extra expense for additional treatment would be be necessary. For a company that sells itself on extracting dirt,etc. and not leaving any residue in the carpet fibers, I am am wondering what kind of chemical for pet stains warrants a price tag of $25. per stain treatment? This is outrageous and for that reason I will not be recommending your service. An additional charge of $800?
I was not expecting a miracle cleaning here but I was hoping for an honest and realistic approach. Getting new business this way doesn't work for me.

The technician, Todd, was very thorough and invested in making my carpet look great! I will be recommending this company, Zerorez, to all my friends. The results were awesome. My floors, both carpet and tile, were very dirty from years of of our teenage children occupying so they could attend school while we were overseas. After your cleaning they were very presentable and had new life. The tiles and grout were excellent. Our technician, Joseph Cyr, was also very knowledgable, workedvery hard, and went way above and beyond our expectations.

We had good service when I wasn't satisfied as a first time customer. They were very courteous and efficient when they came back and the result was great. The walking path was much cleaner.

Carpet looks like it was cleaned with water only. Edges are still dirty. Really wishing I had gone with my last carpet cleaner and not bought into the hype of zerorez I heard on the radio. When we first moved into this house, it was a short sale, and the carpet was absolutely filthy disgusting with stuff stuck to it, major stains, dead bugs...it was gross. These guys cleaned this carpet so well, it looked new. No stains, and it was soft and thick, no matting. We certainly did not get it that dirty again, but the carpet does not look like the last time we had it cleaned. Don't know if there is anything you can do to make it right. It's really just matter of one carpet cleaner being better than another.

OUR FLOOR WAS NOT CLEAN THIS TIME. iT WAS LEFT SOAKING WET. tOOK OVER 24 HOURS TO DRY.
