Carpets and tile NEVER looked better. So happy we did this. After recently having the interior and exterior of the house painted, the painters managed to track paint everywhere. The tarps did not cover sufficiently and we had overspray in several rooms. Overspray and paint are now gone. Unlike the painter, Zerorez is a company I will and have recommend.
Technician was great. Carpet was as clean as it has ever been.

Tyler the carpet cleaner was very polite. I like the no soap cleaning method. On your specials you should "$133 and not $119 because it is misleading.
You charged me $150 for 20 minutes of time. You could of added the couch and chairs for that price but instead said it would be additional. I think you could treat customers better.
A more straight forward pricing philosophy. At the end of the day, its about time and equipment and square footage is the least common denominator.

It does the job without using any chemicals or soap. It is Eco friendly. It dries quickly. Don't have to worry about your pets. It's safe for everyone. Takes half the time then the other carpet cleaing companies and best of all no crunching sound under your feet from the dried soap. Service is excellent,they try very hard to do a good job and please you as the customer. I have recommended them ever since they first cleaned my carpets and kitchen chairs.

The cleaning process went great, but I had a reservation with how you calculate room sizes, & with how the "unused" square footage from the calcs can't be applied to adjacent hallways or other spaces. The tech asked me if I wanted to do my guest bedroom, which would've been considered a 4th room under your policy. I told him if he'd give me a discount for the square footage under the unmoved bed & dresser that would't be touched, I'd consider it, but he declined. So he had no discretion?
Service man very professional and respectful of my home. He explained the process to me and didn't leave until I had checked everything and I was happy.

When I walked into my house after Zerorez completed the cleaning it smelled so fresh. No
fancy perfume or chemical, just freshness.
Our technician was polite , efficient and hardworking. He did an outstanding job on our tile floors carpets and upholstery. I would not call any other company to do our cleaning.
That the carpet does not feel "stiff" when cleaning completed, and your process of cleaning usually lasts longer than others I've tried.
The cleaning professional did a good job. My hesitation is that I had extra expense for a better cleaner for tougher stains caused by a dog, and the area cleaned was not as extensive as I thought it would be. Lastly, scheduling someone to arrive between 4:00pm to 6pm is too late. I would not accept this time should I try Zerorez again.
