No waiting for more than a day or two to get an appointment - the tecnician shows up on time and calls ahead to announce his exact arrival time- no high pressure to do more than original agreement - tec was very professional and friendly - wears shoe coverings.

Your product is excellent had both carpets an tile done on separate occasions. The technician was polite, upfront on cost and additional services with no pressure. The service was on time as scheduled and the result on both occasions was excellent. I highly recommend Zerorez.
