First, may I just say that Casey was our technician and she took amazing care with everything she did. I loved her thoughtfulness and hard work and explaining the process in great deal and one she did with pride.

The carpet cleaning was amazing since it got out pet stains I never believed would come clean. Also our 10 year upholstered chair now looks like new again. I was also impressed with your treated water cleaner which cleaned my stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and windows better than any cleaning products I have used in the past.
Your service technician, Keith, was very congenial and helpful, as well as punctual. He took extra time to explain the process to me and to protect the rest of our home during the cleaning process itself.

I liked that the product took out quite a few of the stains I had in my home. My carpet is about 7 years old and I have several pets and children.
