I called early in the morning and a kind helpful voice was on the other end of the line. She got me scheduled same day and was very knowledgeable and helpful. The tech arrived prior to the time frame I was given after calling first which was quite impressive. He was professional, willing to show me the process, and did a wonderful job. My carpets are so clean and no stains were left behind. Truly impressed...Zerorez definitely holds up to its advertisement. Thank you for being great! I will be a repeat customer for sure!

I mean not only will I give you a HUG through the Internet, how about a few KISSES too. The carpets look great and Zerorez was upfront about the charges. On a scale of 1 to 10 you desire a 12!!! AMAZING. We have 11 year old carpets and have had them cleaned several times. They basically were so bad I was embarrassed to have people over to our house. After you cleaned them, they look awesome and now I can finally invite friends over again. Not to mention the sweet hand drawn note that was sent to us even before our appointment.
