You did a fine job, met all my needs.
Andrew was the BEST technician we've ever had !! He got our 20 year old carpet so clean; I've changed my mind about shopping for new! Sure hope we can have him when we need service again. He also cleaned our wool, handknotted area rug. No idea how old it is ; as it was a used rug when we purchased it. It has VERY BRIGHT colors & they now are more beautiful than ever.

The tech, Albert, who was professional, courteous, and did a great job of cleaning my carpet. I asked for one of your more experienced techs and he definitely fits that. The carpet wasn't over saturated and was well on it's way to being dry by the time he left. This is the 3rd time I've used your services and this was by far the best experience. I will refer your company to my clients, friends and family.
Although I believe you did a good job, it is somewhat pricey and you should work with customers to reduce the cost especially when the customer wants you to come back for other work.

I asked for 2 chairs to be cleaned and they both still looks dirty. quite frankly it looks like no one attempted to clean them; there is no difference between before and after. a friend of mine saw the chairs yesterday and also mentioned the chairs did not look like they had been cleaned.
The service was great. Carpet looks fantastic even the high traffic areas came clean. All this without the use of toxic chemicals. The technician was prompt and courteous. I would use them again when needed.
