This was the 2nd time I have used you. First was for my own home, second was for a client (I am a real estate broker). When doing my home several months ago, I called the day after the cleaning to see if you could come back to catch some stains that had re-appeared. Would have paid for that service, but nobody ever called back. This time, work was done on time but just feel the pricing is just too high when compared to the competition. With the add on fees, I am unlikely to use you again.

By using the words "raving" and "ecstatic" in your invitation to provide feedback, you set the bar very high. Raving and ecstatic may be a stretch of my personality, but I'm close. We had an extremely positive experience in our home late yesterday afternoon with Tyrone! The cleaning results were outstanding, as we've come to expect from Zerorez. Equally outstanding was the customer service Tyrone provided in his interaction with us. He personally placed shoe covers over our shoes, then had us walk through every room with him. He made certain that we were completely satisfied with everything. We were. But if for any reason we had not been, he sincerely was happy to stay as long as it would take, and do whatever it would take, until we were completely satisfied. Customer service at that level is far too rare these days, and it was refreshing.

Tyrone's qualifications for being in our home and cleaning our carpets inspired confidence. Twenty-five years in the carpet cleaning business, including working for two of the well-known national franchises as well as running his own independent operation. He was proud to say that Zerorez is the best process he has ever worked with, and the best company he has ever worked for.

Arrived at time of appointment, courteous and clean dressed. Very efficient and helpful as to where rug cleaning problem areas may be. Second time for the same Zerorez representative (CJ Westover)and happy he recalled locations and rugs. Like the fact that rugs are cleaned and little water used so they dry in no time at all. My carpet was very nasty and lots of dark stains a very difficult job to do.the technician was very professional and did a miracle job.even after it dried the carpet looked fantastic.an absolute miracle job I also like that when the carpet dried there wasn't that hard crunchy feeling that you get with all the other carpet cleaners.i would recommended zerorez to anybody, thank you so very much.todd

My carpets look great. Paint splatters came out beautifully. Respectful professional service paying special attention to wipe up wood floors.
