The technician was very nice and did a good job cleaning the carpets in the home that my son recently purchased. We were hoping that the urine smell from the previous owner's dogs would be eliminated but they were not. We did pay the extra 40 dollars per room for pet smell elimination but it did not work. They did not guarantee the treatment but we did have high hopes. Carpet still smells............will probably have to replace.

Tech was wonderful and did what I felt was a wonderful job. Zerorez was here once before & I was very happy. This time my dogs have CONSTANTLY & daily lick the carpet. What is with that? Must be some kind of residue left as I have had this carpet cleaned at least 2 times a year for the last 6 years and they have NEVER
