Professionalism, knowledge, friendly, confident.
your employees (Lindsay on the phone, and Keith my technician) were every so friendly...no complaints there. My suggestion for improvement is some more technical/scientific info available to back of claim of "just H20.... being a sanitizer" That is a little difficult for me to understand. Perhaps your water is UV sanitized? That makes it free of organisms, but doesn't kill an organism it is sprayed on. ???? You would need to provide more info in order for me to recommend.
worker did his best to get out all the stains but they were ground in for years and he could only do so much but all in all they looked 10 times better he was very pleasant and a hard worker.
Grout didn't turn out well. Couple crusty spots. The technician though was awesome.

I like that you don't use chemicals. I like the "special water" process. The quality of the cleaning service is the best I've ever had.

There were no harsh chemicals used.
In fact when the carpets were cleaned by Zerorez, they removed all chemicals and detergents left behind from the previous carpet cleaning companies.
Zerorez setup appointment times and confirmed appointment times and arrived on time as scheduled.
Zerorez cleaned 10300 square feet of carpet that was occupied during the day and vacated in the evenings " three hours per evening" over a three day period with out a single complaint.
You are as good as advertised. Quick drying time no chemicals involved and you clean up after yourselves.
My carpets looks brand new again! And my travatine floors looks as they did when we moved it!! I love my floors, Thank you.

Service is prompt, complete, and worth the cost. Your service people are always professional and courteous. I have used Zerorez multiple times and have never been disappointed. My last tech, Dillon, was top-notch and went out of his way to ensure a job well done. There should be no other option for anyone who wants their floors done to the utmost satisfaction.
The pricing is an issue, and how the room size is determined.
If we are paying for a room that is 300sqft, but has a queen bed, dressers and chest, that takes away significant carpet area, and should not be an upcharge to a 2nd room. As the carpet under these furniture items is not being cleaned.
Please note, this is not a complaint against Mike the Service Tech; he did a very good job explaining everything and the quality of work he performed was very good.
If I were to recommend Zerorez I would do so with a caveat that about the pricing guidelines.
Our technician DAVID went above and beyond what was requested! We had just a few spots and David without being asked simply redid the entire carpet!
