Our carpet looks great and the servicemen were very polite and helpful.
I have always like your service. I have been using zerorez for about 9 years and have recommended you repeatedly. This time I was disappointed in our master bedroom rug. There is a large area at the foot of the bed that is still dirty.

I am happy with the tile service that I Recieved this week and the carpet cleaning from a few months ago but I was surprised that the tile cleaning was so much more expensive than the carpet cleaning with less square feet of tile than carpet.
The ending inspection was not done well. The equipment was put away before the tech made sure that everything was clean. I had to point out things that still needed to be cleaned or touched up.

It was quite apparent from the very first call I made right up to including the very best and personable service that was rendered. Keith, the technician was fantastic. He was by far the best carpet cleaning technician that has ever cleaned my carpets. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. He is definitely a person that I would want working for me.

Technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. They are very careful to do a good job. The product leaves the carpets as dry as possible after being cleaned which is a great benefit. Like the eco features of product as well
The attitude of the person that was here. I know the carpet and tile are old, but he didn't even attempt to say I will do the best I can. He just went through the motions and said "Oh well" I would have preferred to have someone be a bit more compassionate and act like he cared about doing this job like it was his own house.
