Love the service. Easy to book an appointment, called to give a window when they said they would, punctual and came when they said to expect them, and most of all did a great job on my carpets and upholstery.

My carpet was in bad shape to the point of demoralizing. Zerorez made the stubborn shag carpet look like new !! Thanks to the procedure and breeze/ weather conditions, the carpet took only 3 hours to dry. Thanks !!

Gave me a 2 hour window. Called 15 minutes before arriving and did arrive within the 2 hour window. Products make my 17 year old white carpet look like new. Listened to my concerns about any spots and are able to make them disappear.
Two traffic areas in bedroom and office, (which were the areas I needed cleaned), were not cleaned as well as I had hoped for. The gentleman was courteous and told me that was the best he could do. I think he tried his best. He was very professional.

Quick dry, no 'crunch'. I also had dropped a drop of black liquid shoe polish on the near white carpet in the master bedroom on my side of the bed... it is gone. Good stuff!
