I like that there was not a lot of water used answer the carpet was clean and dry within four hours.
Todd, our service provider, was prompt, friendly and very professional. He answered all of our questions and helped us to understand what services were going to be performed. He suggested the stain protector, which we need for pet accidents, and it has proven to be a great add-on. Our pets have tested it a couple times since and the carpet cleans up easily with no residue. Thank you Todd and Zerorez for the great service. We will definitely use the company again when the time comes.

3 room special was great, even with adding additional rooms, but the add-ons, such as maxim stain block at $25 per room, gets expensive. I was not expecting to add the cost to the quote, because I didn't know the cleaning process strips the prior treatment.
