The worker stayed a little longer to let the fans he brought run. He knew I was moving in and needed the carpet to dry quickly. He was very kind. My carpet dried within 2 hours..unlike 8 hours like I was told :)

We really liked the water treatment rather than chemical treatment. Our carpet looked very clean and felt soft. We did have concern at first, as the carpet bubbled up after tech left. We called and had even greater concern when the person we talked to told us our carpet was loose and he could recommend a person to re-stretch our carpet. However, after about 6 hours the carpet layed down and looked normal.
We had a very nice technician.
Two of the three rooms are great but the small room looks dirty again and it has only been one week since done. We would like that room redone. Please contact us. We also paid for the protection on it but it that room it did not work as it looks dirty. I have heard many adds about how good you are and that you guarantee your work. That will be appreciated!

Although I know pet treatments are not guaranteed, I still expected better results. The pet stains were recent and not wide spread. I don't know if I had unrealistic expectations, but considering the small area involved I hoped for better odor elimination
There are about five chips in my tile that I'm pretty sure weren't there before. Also, the grout isn't has clean as I hoped.

I called I make an appointment and was very outright about a couple of stains on the carpet. The phone scheduler reassured me that the technician would clean the carpet as best he could and then recommend additional services if needed. When he arrived, he refuse to clean the carpet in one room unless we paid extra for a special cleaning. I tried to tell him they were not deep stains but he refused to touch it. Instead I cleaned the carpet in that room by hand even though it could have easily been done by the technician... I suggest making it more clear ahead of time that stains will not be cleaned without extra charges.
No chemicals, fast drying time. After our third time of using Zerorez service, we can say your technicians have always been thorough, fair and extremely pleasant.

asked them to do a small area rug and they said additional 60 dollars, rug only cost 80 dollars and was small they should have knocked it out for free,would have taken them two minutes and i would have been very likely to recommend Zerorez.

The technician was great. Most times when you need cleaning services; companies send out "creepy" people but this time, it felt like having an old buddy visit.
I was impressed initially with setting up the appointment. the call from the technician before arrival. The tech (Tyler) set up bumpers at wall corners ,furniture, etc before starting. I was curious about the spray he used and he explained in detail. When the job was completed
had me check each room to make sure I was satisfied. I was more than satisfied. It was the best my carpets had looked since they were
installed. Zerorez is an efficient well organized company with a very good product reasonably priced. Tyler was an excellent representative I will be using them in the future.

You did a great job cleaning my carpets. The person who cleaned them set great expectations about what to expect. The previous owner of the home had the carpets cleaned by someone else, but zerorez was able to get them far cleaner.
Your techs are prompt, courteous, eager to explain the process and the products they use. I like that the cleaning products are more Eco-friendly than those used by other carpet cleaners. The techs seem to be well-trained and very knowledgable. It's a pleasure to do business with Zerorez!
