professional appearance and treatment of work
The tech was great and my of a is so clean. It is soft and tells fresh, no sticky feeling.
I especially like the fact that you do not use soap to clean. I very much appreciate the extraction of dirt and bacteria. I don't want it left on top of my carpet to return and generate more dirt. I am pleased that your product is not harmful to pets.

You came back to get the excess water out of carpet, left fan for a few hours and then returned and it still was not dry, but took the fan anyway. Still do not understand why so much water was not extracted out of carpet. My Mother is 95, could have slipped and failed; I consider that a liability issue.
