I am a 1st time customer, and although techs were later than I expected-no fault of Keith and trainee Mike who had been assigned to my home last minute- I really liked how quickly they were able to assess my home for square footage for my great room and reviewed the carpet needs in my master bedroom then they were at work. I am so glad I choose to set an appointment at the Home Show!!! I had not cleaned my carpets in at least 5 years and ALL of the carpet feels like the soft carpet you would find under furniture, you know the area that never sees the light of day and looks the same as the day it was installed?! anyway our carpet is 12 years old and it was so nice to be able to walk on it or touch it and not feels a soap residue on your hand or on the bottom of your feet. I was able to see both Keith and Mike's work as they shared cleaning the carpet. Both did an awesome job and I have already shared your name and refrig magnet with my gardener who was here yesterday when the carpet was being cleaned. Both he and his wife loved how my carpets looked and felt. I will never have another company clean my carpets again or even do it myself as I have in the past.

The product Zerorez uses does not get the carpet so wet. I feel they really get it the carpet clean. I am a repeat customer. I call them when I want my carpet cleaned. I do not shop to see who is offering supposedly great deals. I just know they do a great job. They also have knowledgeable, friendly, polite people working for them..

We had three rooms cleaned, two look pretty good the third doesn't really look like it was cleaned.
I was very impressed with the tech. He was neat in appearance and was very pleasant - he walked me through the process of cleaning the tile and carpet and the pricing which I totally appreciated. Troy worked very close to the estimated time of completing the job. Everything was dry within 6 hours and the carpet was left soft with a better than a new look. I agree with Maria of KOOL radio station, I would highly recommend Zerorez to my neighbors and friends. Thank you!
I feel its important to assist clients with moving furniture if needed. Every other carpet cleaning business I have used in the past was more than happy to assist. This is the first business that has not offered that service and had you not provided same day service I wouldn't have requested the service.

Our slate tile was always hard to get cleaned. Zerorez made it look new again! The technician was friendly and professional.
First of all the FOOTIES, they are great, thanks. Loved the way the guys had me go over all the areas done and some I had them re due and they encouraged me to watch all areas and ask them to go over them again. I love the fact that no soap was used. I work in a dental office and the next day I must have told 30 people about my experience. My carpet looks so clean and brought the nap up. I am so pleased.
You won't make this right because it is the fact that your workers do no move furniture. Most carpet cleaners will do this and we only use your business because of the carpet we put in our house. Otherwise, your worker was courteous, professional and did a good job. I appreciated most that he did not spend a bunch of time chatting, did not try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff, and got the job done promptly.
Your customer service and unique cleaning process is more than worthy of a recommendation, the fact that your techs are used car salesmen trying to nickel and dime you at every turn: up selling, trying to sell empowered water, and forcing demonstrations completely diminish the credibility of the brand.
The carpets looked amazing when finished. There were some scheduling issues that were able to be resolved. Thank you.
Cleaning of carpet on staircase led to too many nicks of chipped paint along wall
I thought the carpet waa beyond saving, but Zerorez came in and brought it back to life! The man who did the cleaning was awesome too; very kind and very customer-service oriented. It was worth EVERY PENNY I paid for it!
