The process was easy from the beginning. I registered online, received a call the same day, and had my carpets done the day I wanted that week. I was called to see if the guys could come a little early; they were very professional, uniforms were clean and they were thorough with their explanation of the process. The appointment was timely and I was satisfied with the provided services. They treated a room that had been soiled by my dogs and the smell is no more!

I was really disappointed in the look of my carpets after being cleaned. My carpets aren't that dirty with only 2 people in the household. No pets and small children. I actually went back and cleaned areas my self after paying all that money to have them professionally done. I was very disappointed and would never recommend your company.
Excellent from start to finish. My carpets are so clean. Remarkably, my tile and grout never looked so good. Your technicians are smart and explain all the processes to get beautiful carpet and tiles(and grout). They did a wonderful job and I will continue using Zerorez in the future. Zerorez = DEPENDABILITY!!!! I was able to get our appointment next day, they sent 2 guys for 2 rooms so they were done in 30 MINUTES!!!! The carpets always look AMAZING & we have 2 dogs, so that can be a challenge!!! Lastly, every service guy that we have had come to our home [4 in the last 12 months] has been extremely polite, straightforward & smiles...these are really nice guys! Thank you!
The technician was extremely knowledgable and upfront with me about the results I should expect. He really went above and beyond my expectations! My carpets looked great, my apartment smelt fresher, and the carpets felt soft and clean after they had dried. I am very happy with the results.
