So today I had my carpets cleaned by a company called Zerorez. To say that I was satisfied is an understatement. They were courteous over the phone during my initial call, were able to come out when I wanted them to, told me they would call me 2 days prior to my appointment to confirm and again 15 mins before the tech was about to arrive to complete the work and they did. The tech was professional, thorough and didn't try to sell me all kinds of stuff I didn't need. If you need your carpets or tile and grout cleaned I highly recommend them. Phone number removed

Some stains that were fairly recent, chocolate milk, bbq sauce did not come out. I was under the assumption byllistening to your radio ads that carpets came out looking like new. I understand that most stains that are old might not come out, but these were stains that happened within a week and a half. Not pleased. Also you should make it where a room deodorizer is used. House smelled of dirty water for a few days.
I love that there aren't chemicals going into the carpet that my baby and dogs play on! Thank you ZeroRez!

The associate that cleaned our carpets and tile was on time, friendly, efficient and really worked hard on our floors. We weren't scheduled to have the tile done, but after his quote we decided to go ahead with it. The grout was back to the light gray color (even after 3 boys, 4 dogs and 14 yrs living here), the carpet wasn't stiff and I really like the fact that it's free of any harsh chemicals that may stay/attract more dirt to stain my carpet and floors.

I'm always amazed at how clean and beautiful my carpets are after Zerorez cleans them. Also, the technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable.
The guy that did the job was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to do a great job. I feel like the results were over rated by radio commercials. The heavy traffic areas are still discolored like a regular carpet cleaning. I am waiting to see if the cleaning last longer. The cleaner was very clear that would be the case with the heavy traffic areas but the commercials make it sound like you guys can do it better.
Did a good job of getting most everything clean without the use of soaps and chemicals. Quick drying period. Nice guys doing the job and didn't take too long.

Friendly staff
We had your company clean some carpet in our directors area and the complaint that I received was the citrus smell was over powering and the noise from the vacuum prevented some people from using their telephones.
I did try and defuse the the complains by explaining to the directors that your company is a "green" company and that the "chemicals that zerorez uses are not toxic.
After all of that , the carpet came out perfectly clean.

I really liked how well they cleaned. Seriously we had a lot of carpet and a lot of dirty carpet at that. After your cleaning the carpets look like new, it's awesome.
