That no chemicals are used.
The carpet was specially treated after we had mentioned the cat urine. I called this morning saying that the rooms still smelled of urine and I needed a callback to the house to redo the treatment. What was told to me that it was not guaranteed and I would have to first have a consult with your company. This was impossible due to my tenant just moving in and the house needed to be in movable condition today. I had to call another company that would be able to complete the cleaning today. After spending $ 266 I am very disappointed in your service and would not use or recommend your company.

Fantastic service…I called to make an appointment…thinking it would be a week or two…but it was the very next morning…wow..that's really nice…especially so ..since I'm a night shifter and happened to have the next night off.….and Albert did a fabulous job…my carpets look great…will definitely use Zerorez again.
Having two afternoons occupied rather than one, was rude. The first technician should have done the job. Talk to Susan, the manager, for more on my experience with your company.
It smelled and just didn't work like I thought it would. Especially not for 200.00. As far as make things right? I would try it again, but not for 200.00.

My carpet cleaning technician, James Chase was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the carpet cleaning industry. James did a fantstic job at cleaning my carpets! I like there was not a chemical odor, and no residue left behind after my carpets dried. My carpets look brand new again! I definitely need to invest in a carpet rake. I never knew a carpet rake could loosen up so much pet dander and dirt before I vacuum. I will absolutely use Zerorez again, and will recommend Zerorez to family and friends. Keep up the great work! I will be calling again soon to have my master bedroom carpet cleaned.

Effective cleaning and looks great
Louis was very professional and friendly. He advised me of the rates and after examining the rooms to be cleaned, gave me his professional opinion on what the price would be. I appreciated his knowledge of his job, and completed the work within the time that he said he would. Also, the 2 hour time frame was right on, and the job was completed sooner than I thought it would be. I will certainly use Zerorez for my next carpet cleaning!!
