I was very impressed. The carpets look brand new. James was great. He showed great care in delivering great service. I did want to tell you that it did not work on the cat mess, however. I'm disappointed but I know in reality those are tough smells to remove. I am not blaming Zerorez at all and plan on using your services in the future and recommending you to friends.
