The technician, Keith was very friendly. However, I think that the carpet came out cleaner and at a cheaper price using my prior vendor. The $129-3 room special ended up costing me $278 for what I felt was 4 rooms, but was charged for 6. My main reason for trying you was a) the special, and I liked the idea of new chemicals. Now I'm not so sure.
Keith was our service tech - he was professional and completed the work quickly . He was clear on the expectations and it was aparent he is proud of his product with good reason . In turn I love the true cleanliness and knowing there is no left over residue that will just collect more grime. My husband and son have asthma so it's important to know our floors are truly clean and I appreciate so much having the confidence that they are !

Carpets look great! Your associate, Troy, was on time, finished when he said he would, was professional, courteous. He explained cleaning options to me and helped me make informed decisions, within my budget. He took extra care to put guards at each turn in the hall between rooms, so as not to mar the walls and he mopped up the tiny drips left on the tile from the cleaning process. He did a stellar job.

I guess my expectations were too high. I had expected some magical carpet cleaning experience, but really it was just about like the others. The stains are still there, the carpets are still wet 24 hours later and the pricing structure wasn't all that competitive. It's just okay.

You are the only company that can make my crappy carpet look great. Before trying Zerorez, I would have my carpets clean and you could not even tell. I have a lot of wear and tear due to kids and animals. Zerorez has worked miracles for on my carpet.
The workers are all very pleasant and polite. They do a great job! My carpets never have looked better after a cleaning. The house smells clean and the carpets are soft. Great product and great service!
The carpets came out great. The feel fluffy again and besides the red spots which I know couldn't be removed. They look new. I do wish he would've maybe offered to try some of the other spot removal stuff to see if the red spots could be any less noticeable.

My experience with zerorez was wonderful. The service technician was on time and friendly. He was very educated on the proper way to clean carpets and gave me some pointers for after care spot treatments. He make sure that I was completely satisfied with the carpets before leaving. Sanitizing features without using hard chemicals
I love the personal connection on the phone when you're waiting on hold. The phone call before they arrive so you can be sure to be ready and home. The respectable and professional service person that comes out. The friendliness of the carpet cleaners. I love that my carpets are clean, spots are gone, and they dried quickly and there isn't any soapy, chemical smell or residue left.
The whole process was very simple and easy to set up. From the folks who took my order to the technician who serviced our carpet, it was all first class. Our carpets have never looked this clean, we won't be looking for new carpet anytime soon!! Thank you for your top class service!
