The carpet was well cleamed but several wall corners were scraped by the hoses and a wooden chest chipped badly on the bottom.

I have used your company a few times now, very pleased with the outcome. Unfortunately this last time my carpet had a few hard crunch sopts a the pet stains i paid xtra for were back the very next day.

It appears you are a well run company and you care about the customer. Your ontime and I like the 2 hour window and the phone call when the service truck is on the way. The products seems to work well and it will be interesting to see if I can keep my floors cleans with you water product. I had you come out a second time and I was very satisfied with the results. It obviously need 2nd dose.

The company did not, in fact, stand behind their work and clean up after themselves. I was very disappointed and will tell everyone I know not to use Zerorez, including many in the real estate business. Talk is nothing - actions speak much louder than words when it come to customer service.

For starters you didn't service my house, as this is not me. I suggest you tell the other Name removed that she needs to enter her correct information. Second, I keep getting emails from this person using different services. I hope this is not a case of Identity theft. If you suspect at all that she is giving false information, I suggest you contact the authorities as well as let me know because if so, she is using my name. Did she give you her social security number? I can give you the last 4 of mine to check it on if so.
