It got very pricy for just three rooms and my tile there were lots of add on and the technician did not go out of his way for any thing. My friend has a bigger house than i do and bigger rooms and was charged considerably less and the tech even did the tile in her bathrooms for free. I got charged for two rooms in my kitchen and when she had hers done she was only charged for one and her kitchen is bigger than mine. also my husband and I were there to move furniture back and forth and the tech knew that and still didn't grout under a bookshelf and stand that we could have moved when he got to that area. Was very disappointed as I paid 400.00 to have it done and could have replaced the carpet in two areas for that much money.

He treated me with great respect and complimented our new home. He did an outstanding job and offered great cleaning advice to keep our home looking nice.
