Carpets are cleaner. Staff was cordial.
I still see the darker "tracks" from foot traffic so it doesn't seem clean in that regard.
The technician took too much interest in what he saw in our office and asked too many questions about our business. It felt invasive.
Our service representative was very informative, thorough and exceeded our expectation with the final results transforming our couches back to their original glory:) Brandon also offered a protection plan to help us protect our investment and extend the life of our new clean couches.
My carpets and tile look like brand new! I didn't know it was possible to make them look so good! The customer service was awesome too! I will be highly recommending Zerorez to everyone!
I like the water used in the process and excellent tech that did the work.
I did not care for when your cleaner told me there was a spot of urine on the bedroom carpet, that he couldn't show me but he smelled, and that if I didn't buy the upgrade smell encapsulator, he thought he should pack up and go. It was really awkward and put me on the spot. Maybe that's your gig...the hard sell. But I won't be using your service again and I already shared with my friends what had happened. I hired him to do a job and he shouldn't be threatening to leave if I don't buy extra products. He guaranteed me that I would have a smell problem if I didn't upgrade. Well, I didn't and guess what...no smell. I didn't even think there was urine there in the first place.
Troy was very professional, thorough, and customer service oriented. The product met our expectations as promised.

Great cleaning just maybe have better deals and discounts
The tech came an hour before my window which was nice, he was very nice. I was very excited to try your service because I had heard many good things. All together I'm happy with the service, and will use you again. The only dissapointment is that the dog urin smell is still in the carpet. I would even say it's worse now, which is the reason I called because I was told you can alway get those smells out :(
When we call you to schedule an appointment, please be sure to tell your scheduler's that they need to tell the customer what square footage constitutes an area so there are no expense surprises. Also tell them about the environmental charge, the "spot" removal up-charge and the protectant up-charge. My bill of $129 for 3 areas ( as advertised on the radio) turned out to be over $300.00!! None of this was conveyed to me when I called to make my appointment. The poor guy who arrived took the brunt of my "surprise" but he did a great job on the carpet and couldn't have been more professional!

This time I only requested the delivery if your "water". The man that delivered was extremely nice. I had followed him to the truck but when finished filling my bottle, he insisted on carrying it back to my front door as it was heavy. I appreciated all follow-up calls giving me the status of my appointment and approximate time they would be at

It's eco friendly
Although my grout and tile looked amazingly clean I feel as though some of my stained areas on the carpet did not come as clean as I hoped. Our tech tried very hard and spent a lot of detailed time trying to remove the dirt in the worn areas and I was very impressed with him.
Not sure you can improve. Service was good, but not every stain can be removed, and my expectations that the carpet would look perfect, were unreasonable. The tile looks amazing, but the carpet had stains that could not be removed. It looks better, but not as good as it looked right after it was done.
You communicate clearly and set expectations and your technicians do a great job cleaning the carpets.
The young man who cleaned my sofas was very polite and worked carefully.
Our house looks amazing! Our tech was very hardworking,, knowledgeable and detailed. We had carpet, an area rug, tile and furniture cleaned to perfection. We will definitely be using zeroes again in the future. The only complaint is that we didn't receive our courtesy call two days prior but I still rated a ten because our tech was so good.
