Fast an efficient. Up front about everything from the beginning. Sales associate on the phone was very nice and clear. Carpet cleaning associate was so kind! I didn't feel uncomfortable with a stranger in my home.

What I didn't like was that your initial email to me states your techs don't move furniture. This time it wasn't an issue, since I hadn't moved in yet. But next time it might be an issue.

Natural quality of the product.
The representatives are very nice and customer-service oriented. I had to reschedule at the last minute and there wasn't a problem (the tenant wasn't ready, although she had been notified of the date).

Guys arrived on time... Were very efficient and explained all the options for my needs. Took the time to protect my newly painted walls with guards (which no carpet cleaner has ever done!). When completed the carpet looked absolutely beautiful.... I am so pleased with their work and will definitely use again.. Nice iob!

There were some spots on the carpet that the tech said wouldn't come out, but when I got down and cleaned them they came out fine. The pre treatment could be a little more thorough.

The carpet looks clean in all areas, but the smell that remains is very unpleasant. They are giving off a smell of dirty, stale water. I was hoping it would resolve once they dried and it has been two days and it remains.
