The fact that I didn't have to do it

I was disappointed because I thought that the pee smell would be gone because I have 2 small dogs and it still there as of today actually a little stronger than normal .. I really thought i would be using you guys moving forward but thats not the case unless someone with your company made it right and actally recleaned it to make the smell go away . I really wish your guys product worked

My carpets are light beige and they look brand new after 10 years. And tile looked unbelievable, almost like shades lighter there was so much dirt on the floors before.
Nafa the technician was a very pleasant young man and did a great job cleaning two recliners, the carpets look great as well, a very hard working technician.
Like that the product is non toxic. Technician was clean, friendly and knowledgable

carpets aren't soaked when the treatment is completed. With the protectant, subsequent cleanings get out more dirt

Beat competitor rates. A bit high for just needing 1 room.
1) Constant contact prior to service
2) On day of service, I was given an option for an earlier start time. Worked out better for me.
3) Charles did a great job explaining the service, was efficient, removed an "impossible" stain and helped with some minor requests.
4) As advertised, carpets are new again and NO crunchy residue.
All of them I am a repeat customer
Not sure what you can do to make it right but I already wrote you an email about what I was disappointed with.

Technician was on time, friendly, very knowledgeable and hard working. The carpet had not been cleaned in three years. Didn't have stains as much as ground in dirt in well worn traffic areas. Can't get over how good it looks after the cleaning. Also, no odors from chemicals. Just very pleased with the whole experience.
