The additional charges environmental fee is way too high and even not necessary. Other companies do not have this.
I also reget having my area rug cleaned it was too late when I realized you charged more for a rug than having a complete room cleaned. Way too expensive. I've been with you almost as long as you have been in the valley and yet you do not have a locality program. Great marketing tool..
So I will go else where next time . Almost did this cleaning and had some less expense quotes. Should have used my judgement and done so.

First and foremost Codie, who represented your company, was the best, most professional, informative and friendly that we have ever had clean our carpets (and there's been many!). We are pleased with the work he did and we love the fact that your product is "green".
You are not any better than other carpet cleaners but you charge more.

Cleans much better than others I have used. Everything handled professionally. Keith was super friendly. Since floor space was so small in one bedroom, he took off the estimate for the hall. Very nice. I will use zerorez from now on!

Your customer service was exceptional. You were at least 100% higher priced then the next carpet cleaner. I'm not sure cleaning the tile made a difference but it is cleaner. The red stains from the pet treats did not come out of the carpet but carpet is fresh and clean. Great service.
