Few chemicals
The tech was on time, & called ahead. The carpet & tile look much better.

2) Great tech, this was the second them we had Sean out, (we requested him, and will again).
He did a great job, didn't try to "push" anything, (I hate when someone comes over to do something, and before they are even in the door, they try to upsell some other product/service). He is also very knowledgeable about his product and service, (obviously well trained before he was let loose to deal with clients on his own). He even remembered everything about us and our house from when he was out last year! Great guy, very happy, good attitude and had no problem when WE asked him for additional services at the last minute. As an owner of a construction company, I can really appreciate a good, hard worker who is also cheerful and happy to be doing what he is doing. I noticed he is very careful in what he is doing, (protecting furniture, door jambs, and adjacent wood floors), and not taking any "short cuts".
3) Product is great also, carpets were dry in no time, with no residue. Tile grout came out looking as good as new, from 6 years ago.
You have a great business model, keep up the good work!

Nick represented Zerorez very well. He explained the charges to me item by item and performed an excellent cleaning of my carpets and tile. He was careful to protect my interior from the hoses and cleaned up everything so I didn't even see a trace of him being there. The carpets and tile came out very clean. I am very satisfied and will use Zerorez for the upper floor of my house in a few months. Thanks Nock and Zerorez.

More competitive pricing. My Servicemaster tech cleans the same area of our house for $150 less. It's kind of a huge difference in price. I do like the fact that Zerorez is chemical free. Love that. But can't say that I could see a huge difference in the actual cleaning other than it did dry in an hour or two less. Overall, I was happy with the service and would not have a problem paying a little more, but it seems like a really big gap in price difference.
It got the job done in a timely professional manner.
Not sure how clean carpets really got. I have pretty tick carpet.

I like that my house does not smell like wet carpet or cleaners after they are serviced. They are just nice and clean with no overpowering odors lingering.
I love that my carpet is very clean, not sticky from chemicals. The person who came to clean is clean, takes extra care to cover his shoes, leaves everything exactly the way it was when he got there.
The Tech was great and thorough very professional in his explaining the process. As I mentioned today in our call Jace Martin will be back again to do the tile floors tomorrow.
