The technician you provided he was very
helpful , explained in detail what Zerorez
policies are , once he completed that task
and we agreed .
He set all the protection corner guards and
Proceeded to clean the carpets as required .
Once completed he removed all protection
corner guards when over the cleaned areas
with us to make we where satifisfied with his
Service , provided us foot protection when
needed to walk on the newly cleaned carpet
We are very satisfied with him and the service
he provided .
We use Zerorez again when and will ask for
the same technician to clean our carpets again

I do not feel like any of the areas cleaned look better than before. I have generally pleased with zerorez and based on past experiences I would always recommend but after this time o would just have to say hit or miss.

For the first time since I started having the carpets cleaned by another company, ZeroRez left them Whiter & softer. The men who completed the service were very respectful & made sure I was happy.

Brandon did a thorough job of cleaning our carpets, area rugs, tile and grout. The floors look new again!

They are environmentally friendly. I don't have to worry about my child or my pets becoming ill from the chemicals being used on my carpets. Plus, the 2 gentlemen that came and did my carpets were really friendly & took the time to explain what they were doing. Not only that, the service they provided was excellent. Once my carpets were dry, they felt and smelled clean.

The traffic in the master bedroom only looked clean until we walked on it for a few days.

There was splatter (from the tile sealant?) all over my bathroom vanity, from floor level up to sink height. it was a bit hard to get off after it had hardened there. Also the grout was not all that clean around the toilets.

The carpets were terrific...the tile was not so good...in the kitchen there were a couple areas that were missed and also after it dried there was dried spots everywhere like the dirty water had all not been vacumned up..We will have to wash all our floors to pick it up. He swiffered some in places but there were too many...First name removed and Carol Your tech was very friendly...

I like it is all natural products instead of cleaning products.

Quality - no toxic chemicals - cleaning ability

The tech did not adequately inform of how the process would address bio stains. I was to understand that the carpet would look clean after the topical application and it did not work on the problem at all.
