Odor free, no chemicals, excellent results, carpets do not cruch when dry

By far the cleanest my stairs have ever been! One of your competitors cleaned them 2 years ago, and they never looked much better, but now zerorez has made them look great!

Friendly staff, excellent job on our entire house. I was skeptical as to what the tech could do with our floors since the house had been vacant a long time before we moved in but was amazed when I could see the tech in action. When Nick was done, the floors look fantastic. I will NEVER use another company to clean my floors. Zerorez is truly a great company with excellent customer service and professional techs! Kieth was a great technician. He was polite and very knowledgeable. I would request Kieth in the future and Zerorez continues to satisfy. My 2 older sofas were dirty and in bad shape. Keith was able to restore them to the original color and I'm now comfortable for my family and I to enjoy our nice, clean sofas again. I share with others that your company is the best out there. I really like that there is no residue or odor :) I feel like my carpet is truely clean! I used the cleaning water on my refrigerator, stove and dish washer. They look brand new!!

Several things:
1. Our tech, Casey was professional and explained everything.
2. Love that Zerorez is a "green" company.
3. Phone representatives were courteous, prompt and answered all questions.
4. Casey let me know that Zerorez offers tile and grout cleaning and sealing. A service I didn't realize Zerorez offered.

All associates know their business, and practice the 3 Ps of customer service (Polite, Professional, Personal). Technician was knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough. No surprises related to estimate, and final bill. Carpet cleaned up wonderfully, and dried much faster than traditional methods
