Beautiful job. My carpets look great!
The associate was very knowledgeable about the product. The job was done very well.
My complaint is with the tile/grout cleaning. My window was from 4-6 and when we arrived home just before 4, we learned the technician had already been here for an hour waiting. We were not ready for him but he was eager to begin right away. He did not get the grout cleaned at all! When I pointed this out to him the excuses began that it must be something with our grout, he assumed we most likely "color sealed" it and that is why it looked exactly like it did when he got there....except for the 7 holes he made in the grout. And I need to mention the two rounded corners of my wall that are now scraped down to the metal! We showed him the seal used, which was NOT color seal. He did not offer to clean it again and said it would look different when it dried. No managers were around on Saturday and you are closed on Sunday, so I called at 8:00 a.m. Monday morning. I was told Shelly would be in that day and they would give her the message. By 5:30 p.m. I had heard from no one. I called again and waited 12 minutes on the phone until Susan became available. Her main concern was letting me know just how crazy that Monday had been. She told me there was a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and we rescheduled for another service on Wednesday. I stressed that I am a teacher so I can only do the 4-6 window unless it is a weekend. Tuesday, Shelly called with more excuses about how busy Monday was. I really feel like no one cared that I paid $290 for a huge inconvenience to my family with zero result. I explained to her my concerns and dissatisfaction and she said she would call me a week after the 2nd service to check in. When I told her I would be contacting her immediately if there was no improvement, it was silence on the other end. At 2:45 p.m. on Wednesday I was contacted at work that the technician would like to come then. I told them no and they showed up promptly at 4:00p.m. I showed them the previous damage and the highly soiled areas. They did a lot more prep work and even some scrubbing by hand and the cleanliness result was much better....about 98%. But now the previous holes are bigger and there are many more new ones. But more excuses----we must have "soft grout". My floor is 3 years old and I am amazed that it took 2 attempts for it to get clean and that so much damage was done. The Zerorez phone staff is very nice on the phone booking appts. but no one knows how to properly handle a dissatisfied customer. I feel that with all the repairs we will have to do, some of my money should be refunded to me. But I cannot in good conscience recommend a company that does not stand behind its product and service.
Very friendly staff. Did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Love that it does not have the sticky hard feel that soap residue leaves.
The Tech kept me posted including pics before and after. Great service especially considering I was 1500 miles away.

I liked that the products are pet friendly. I liked that the technicians were clean cut, well spoken and more importantly product knowledgeable.
I haven't seen any other product or company clean like this before.I have had one other company out several times and not once has it looked even close to this clean.The technician was really on his game and did an outstanding job.When my carpet or tile needs cleaning I will be asking for Mr Hammond again.

I am happy with the quality of the service, BUT the ACTUAL END pricing was twice the quote ? I was not home and my husband did not question it and paid it. The tech added all kinds of fees and additional square footage charges (including a non-existing hall way) I am very disappointed. I contacted my local Zerorez office and they promised to look into it. It's been a week without any further response from them

I like how quickly the carpets dry and how fresh/clean the house it after my tile floors and carpets are cleaned. Used Zerorez 3 times now and will never use anyone else ever again. Have recommended you to my Mother and a Co-worker so far...... :)

Very professional technician and our carpets look great. They dried very quickly. Will definitely use Zerorez again.
The young man who came out was fantastic but I just don't think Zerorez removes stains. The coffee stain I was trying to get rid of did not come out. After it dried i used white vinegar and water and it looked a lot better. I like the fact there is no residue however with the water concept.

Make it a little less costly.
It's an excellent product and environmentally friendly. The product really works well on removing a variety of stains. One of the best parts was the tech - Dylan. He worked so hard and was as pleasant / polite as could be. The initial point of contact over the phone Charles was so informative and knowledgeable, he made the entire appointment set up a breeze. I clearly understood the process and service we will receive. I love that it dries quickly, we have 2 boys 9 and 14 so our carpet gets a lot of wear & tear. Thank you Zerorez Team!
The serviceman that came out was very thorough and informative about the treatment and products.

It was estimated that it would take 2-3 hours. The technician was there about 1 1/2 hours. The place where the kitchen and carpet meets up is still somewhat dirty. Also some of the wear spots seems to still show. Right after the cleaning it looked really good, but then next day you could see some of the walk areas. I think he could have worked a little longer on the really dirty spots.
