How great the products remove the stains and how fast the carpets dried
I already called and brought my situation up with your company and was supposed to hear back from someone yesterday and two days later I still haven't heard from anyone yet
The service was fast. The carpets dried relatively quickly. The carpets looked great. The best part is I know there isn't a residue. The technician was friendly and explained the process.
Employee worked quickly and there was no soapy residue left on the carpet.

The two service providers were very helpful and professional. They provided excellent service throughout the entire process. The information the service providers shared about how to optimize keeping my carpet and tile floors clean was very helpful. I was in a jam and needed service the same day and Zerorez was able to accomodate my situation. Since Zerorez, we have adopted an entirely new way of cleaning our floors and appliances with the excellent cleaning products. My entire family is enjoying the renewed beauty of our home.
The technicians were friendly, timely, and thorough. They made sure that I was satisfied with their work before packing up to leave. They explained each process before they started and throughout the cleaning. My tile and carpet looked fantastic when it was all done! The whole process was simple to understand and quick to be finished with not a lot of drying time. I will definitely be using Zerorez in the future for all my carpet and tile cleaning needs. :)

Your products are very good, the man that cleaned my carpets, was very friendly but very professional. He did a beautiful job, cleaned up everything.
I was very happy with the way my carpets look.
When we saw the carpet the following day, you could see that the stains had been moved around the carpet. We needed to run our home cleaner to pull them out. We had the carpets cleaned in a rental house when we were moving out. We did not have time to call you again. And now at this point, we are being charged to replace the carpets. The technician said that the stains would be gone, and maybe the odor would still be there, but the management company says the stains are still there. I don't feel that I received the service that I paid for. The stains were not removed and the odor was not removed. In reality, I would like a full refund.
