Your rate is about 40% higher than comparable cleaners...I question the vslue for the dollars.
Carpet looked great when the guy left, however a week later stains began to reappear. Now that it has been a month, it looks as if the carpet had not been cleaned. We have not worn shoes on the carpet since the cleaning. Dispappointed.

FIRST OF ALL AFTER ALL THE TIMES IVE USED YOU,THIS ONE WAS NOT SO GOOD. THE TECH HAD SOME KIND OF DIRT OR GREASE ON HIS SHOES AND AFTER CLEANING THE CARPET AND DRYING, THE DIRT OR GREASE CAME BACK UP. A LITTLE DISAPOINTED. THE SPOTS NEED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF. THEY ARE RIGHT IN THE TRAFFIC ZONE AND LOOK TERIBLE..THE TECH TROY NEEDS TO FIX IT. OTHER THAN THAT, YOU STILL HAVE A GREAT COMPANY.
My carpet looks worse in places than it did prior to the representative cleaning it. We did discuss some spots but when the carpet dried there was discoloration and spots that hadn't even been an issue before.
Customer Service - Techs have always been very nice; No residue & quick dry times
Preston was our service provider and did a great job. We had a stubborn area that did require a second visit and Troy was meticulous at removing the stain. pricing is misleading about pet stains
Everything is contained in your van. No need to use customer's water, which is a big plus for me. We have a shared well and try to use less water than more people.
The two guys that came to my house were great. They were friendly and new what they were doing. Very impressed and will definitely use Zerorez again. First name removed
The carpet looks like it is almost brand new, so great job with the carpet. I think the tile cost was a bit expensive however it does look good. I am not sure that the cost outweighed the outcome of how the tile looked after the work was done.
The service agent was very nice and did a great job. I am thrilled I love to walk barefoot on my tile floors again.
Technician had to leave because equipment wasn't working - then when he returned it appears he may have been in a jury since he had other calls after. The carpet still looks dirty (some areas more than others). For the $900.00 spent it should look a little better than it does. We will more than likely use someone else in the future. Thank you. the tech explained everything went over all the tough stains was very knowledgeable and informative. the carpet looked liked new when they were finished super great job thank you Rob.
Excellent service. Since this was the first time that I've used Zerorez, I'm anxious to see if my carpets stay clean longer without the use of detergents that other companies use.

Zerorez is always prompt, friendly, and do terrific work. The price is a deal for the quality of work. We have had tile, carpet, and sofa done. Each time we have been delighted to see the finished product looking as good as it did the day we bought it.

Zerorez was easy to schedule an appointment with. They delivered the service exactly as scheduled. They were courteous and respectful of my home. The charge was exactly as estimated. They did a great job. They are a professional team. This was my second service and I was as pleased the second time around as I was the first.
I do not intend to use any other company for my flooring or upholstery.

I love that there were no chemicals used and that there will be no soap residue in the carpets. We were able to get en excellent clean with just water, and the service technician (Matt) was very courteous and worked quickly and professionally.
