The carpets came out perfect and I don't feel like there was any residues left. I would highly recommended them and will be reusing them as needed.

There was no oder after cleaning the carpets, as I thought there would be since no chemicals were used. The carpets look great the service was fast and quick drying. They allowed me to pay over the phone since I was not here. When they said they would call they did... Overall I was. 120% happy and would use u all again...

Our service tech, Brian, arrived on time, explained the process thoroughly, gave us an estimate & once OK'd he went to work. Neither our tile or carpets had been deep cleaned for 16+ years yet Brian brought them back to almost new condition. My wife and I are pleased with Zerorez & will definitely recommend them to those we come in contact with.

I do have an observation concerning my area rug that was cleaned. Cleaning was ok, however, I was told it would take 2-3 days. When I called Z I was told that it would be a week or two. Maybe I misunderstood the tech, but just saying.

The service was scheduled promptly and the staff was courteous. Luis, the technician, arrived on time and did an efficient cleaning on 3 rooms of carpet, a sectional and an area rug. He ended the service call with a quick run down of what he did and if there were any issues still pending. I will call Zerorez again.

We weren't 100% happy with our last service. We have traffic stains in one bedroom. We've been long time customers and there has never been an issue removing the stains. However, this time we were told that it's carpet damage and there's nothing that can be done to clean it. Since we've never heard this before, we're not really sure if we should believe it. So now, we have a carpet that's not completely clean.

Let me count the ways...I was scheduled for late in the day when I wanted to be first thing in the morning. You claim that it will be dry in 4-8 hours (had to wait almost 24 hours to move furniture back). You don't move furniture. You don't vacuum before beginning the process. You claim there is no residue but my now dry carpet is very stiff which can only be caused by residue. I had to pay an environmental impact fee (I know you told me upfront but it still is annoying). Your company is no better than any other carpet cleaning service and in many ways worse. Your technicians were very polite and friendly, and were willing to re-clean carpet areas that were not clean (but only after I pointed it out; couldn't they tell). They also offered to do anything I needed and told me at a prior client they had walked the dog - very nice but I'd rather my carpet had been properly prepped and they would have moved furniture.

Like the timeliness and demeanor of the man who cleaned our carpets. Very friendly and did a great job.
