That the carpets look so amazing when they are done!!
Professional service & good work. The service tech, Tyrone Winston did a great job, very knowledgeable & detailed. Very prompt & respectful, defiantly a good ambassador for the company. Promoted products and services but was not pushy.
However one note..... in 15 years I have never been charged additional for the bathroom in the master bedroom. Including prior visits by your company.... $24 additional seems a little bit like nickel and dime your customer. Considering one bedroom is 12 x 12 and had furniture in it.
Area rug was cleaned still smells really strongly like dog. We also spent an unplanned $230 (?) To have our couch cleaned. It looks great but a couple of our throw pillows smell really bad. We thought the smell would improve after "airing out" but they don't.
Service tec was on time and polite he also took the time to explain to me what the service intaled.The job took about hour half for 3 rooms.Thank You Zerorez.
You do a good job. Techs are competent and courteous. Price is competitive.

My carpet was VERY VERY dirty. I had other carpet cleaners come in and clean it and the stains were back with in a few days. So far it has been foru days and the carpet still looks really clean. Thank you to Robert who done a really good job on my carpet. Now my grand kids can crawl and scoot around and not be so dirty... Thanks ZEROREZ!!!!@
They called me that morning to let me know they would be there in 15 minute, they were on time. He covered his shoes, was extremely polite and efficient and did a good job of cleaning my carpet. I certainly would have them again to clean my carpet.

Products. I like the idea that you don't use harsh chemicals and soaps that make the carpet stiff after cleaning.
Services.The service was prompt and efficient. Your service person was knowledgeableabout the product and service. He was friendly, polite, and provided service with a smile.

There was no pre-vac, then the doors to both bedrooms were not even cleaned behind, the bed skirts were not even moved and the walk area does not look any better than when it was started. I live alone with one dog (four years old, so no messes) only everyday wear. The carpets were cleaned less than six months ago so we are not talking a lot of dirt. There were NO pieces of furniture to move the big carpet is 16x12 and the two walk ways in the bedroom are about 5x8 - He was here about 47 minutes.....no I dod not think I will be recommending Zerorez nor will I have them back.

I love everything about what you did. I just noticed my house SMELLED for 2 days after and I wish I was told ahead of time. Other than that I LOVED my service.

So I wanted to wait to do my review because of course our carpets looked awesome when the tech was done but now they look gross and are all matted in the high traffic areas. When we got our carpets done last year with a mom and pop shop the carpets look amazing for at least 6 months with Zerorez they looked amazing for a week or so. I'm super disappointed that we spent $200 to get the carpets cleaned with the protectant as an extra cost. You need to either come back out and fix this issue or refund us our money because the way my carpets look right now I just want to rip them out and get new carpets and the current carpets we have are less than 2 years old. I feel like my carpets have aged 10 years after you guys got done "cleaning" them. Very disappointed!!
My technician Kevin was great, he arrived right on time, explained everything fully about the charges, tried three different things to get a problem area cleaned and even priced out additional services for me.
Professional staff, quick, prompt, they do a great job and can always be counted on.
