Im sorry but I was not pleased with Zerorez. I will say that the two gentlemen that came were the nicest guys I could have asked for and can not say enough good things about how they handled the situation and for what they did for me and the furniture. If Im being honest, I was given an estimate that was around $200... the gentleman even asked how big my room was and talked about it being smaller than a two car garage... he said it isn't an oversized room then. After they measured everything then I got an estimate of $350. I would have been different if it was a little off but thats a lot. The room was apparently oversized. I did add a chair and ottoman which apparently it was not given in the estimate which is understandable. But in the initial discussion- it needs to be clear. Zero Rez always advertises "get 3 rooms for $150" or whatever. So I guess I was very confused and not happy with paying $350 for what we got. Had I known it would have been $350 I would have NEVER had them come out and clean... thats ridiculous. So no... I'm sorry but the gentleman were the sweetest and worked hard so I can't thank THEM enough but the person I talked to about estimate Im not happy with so we won't be referring anyone to zero rez nor will we be using you again unfortunately. The couch looks great and so does the carpet... so thank you to those guys. Thank you Zero Rez for sending out feedback forms, I appreciate it.
Unfortunately I had to have a tech come two days in a row, the first visit was to say the least less than satisfactory the second visit was much better. The customer service would be the reason that I would recommend your company to another. I am still not 100% sold on the cleanliness of my carpet but I will see what the next few days revel. I may give it another shot in the future because of the customer service.

I loved the fact that there was no smell of chemicals, the rug dried very quickly and the technician was excellent; you could tell he took pride in his work and he worked very hard to achieve it. It was courteous, friendly, polite and very nice. I will use you again and recommend you to my friends.

I really liked how clean my carpet looked and how quickly it dried. The technician James Chase was thorough in explaining all the was being done and the cleaning method.He also informed me of the cost so that there was no misunderstanding in what the total would be. He made sure that I was happy in the way the carpet looked after he was done with each room and was very professional.
