Our carpet and tile looked great when it was done. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Overall I was pleased with your service. We were in a desperate situation due to an issue we were having at our house and HAD to get our carpets cleaned. Because of the cost I probably won't be able to have you service our house again.
Our attendant was on time, friendly and helpful. He accommodated my moving the furniture around on sliders so that more of the carpet could be cleaned. There was no smell of chemicals either!

On time and the carpets dried quickly. The Technician Troy was exceptional. He explained the process and then went about the work quickly. My time is important to me and I appreciate people being on time and working effectively.

Carpet stil smells like dog urine. Maybe soak the carpet longer with the cleansers to get rid of the smell down in the padding.

The gentleman that took care of us was really friendly and professional, and very efficient! They did our whole house in under 2 hours. Before having Zerorez come in, I was concerned I would need to replace the carpets. After, they look practically brand new! I couldn't be happier!
Brian was on time, introduce himself,very courteous , professional, asked what I needed done after I told him he explained what needed to be done and cost. After he was done it looked like a new carpet.The product he used worked on the stains After he was done he let me see the carpets and asked if I had any question . I have used other companies I really enjoyed working with Brian he is a hard worker.

The professionalism of the technicians, the walk through explanation of what they will do / did.
I love my clean carpets! All the old dirt and soap film is gone. The technicans worked hard and were extremely courteous, answered all my questions, were on-time and left in a timely manner. The agent who took my request was very informative, explained in detail all that was necessary and was very courteous.

Technicians were very friendly
That there was no chemicals in the water for when cleaning the carpet. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was done correctly for the customer.
It is a 'clean' way to clean carpets! It feels safe and yet efficient for cleaning carpets and upholstery. I had carpets done and my couches - awesome results! But my #1 recommendation would be to purchase the empowered cleaning fluid - incredible for windows, Stainless steel appliances and everything else. I am totally sold on this product! Spend more time cleaning traffic areas and not focusing on the time spent doing a job. I feel like you got up some of the dirt. For what I paid I could have done this myself and even better, the only difference is the water used.
Clean, well-mannered technicians who were very knowledgable and shared with me the complete process from start to finish. I believe they were in and out of my house in less than an hour, and they got up a very tricky spot that I have been dealing with for 6 months. The carpet looks brand new!
