The technician didn't show up on the day he was supposed to.. He called..he called..he wsd very polite.. He said the office would call me the next day to reschedule and they would give me a discount...I asked if someone could do it the next day because my furnigure had already been moved.. He said it was his route and he could do it first thing in the morning.. The next day he never called or returned when he said.. I waited until Mid day then called the office to reschedule. Someone did come later that day.. And instead of a discount the charge was even more than I was quoted! I have used this company before and recommended and not had an issue..but after this I won't use them or recommend them again.
Your carpet cleaning process is amazing. Our carpet is 18 years old and it look almost new. We have used your services two times now and are very satisfied with the service. Technician First name removed was very polite and careful in our home and a great worker.
Second time using Zerorez. Like the professionalism of everyone from the person we scheduled with to the guys that came to clean the carpet. We had some pretty difficult spots in the high traffic areas and after the cleaning, you cannot see them at all. Wonderful results!

Well I heard good things about this place and with my situation I had to have them come back out to do a another clean bc stains were not gone but it was great bc they come out for free if you aren't completely satisfied with services I'd go with them again!

Very nice and polite technician was sent out. They were very honest and up front with what the outcome would most likely be and gave us options before the actual cleaning started. I would definitely recommend in the future to family and friends.
