Hayden was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions - I was especially curious about how zerorez is different from regular carpet cleaning services and he explained it very clearly to me.
No smell. Operator was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I thoroughly enjoyed the employee's that were sent out to my house. Courteous, informative, and personable. I do however have a concern with the stains on my carpet. I understand you promote chemical free, however some stains can require a harsher approach. Due to stains from prior tenants, and additional ones from my toddler...I have red random small and medium sized red stains that were not removable I was told. I have a few simple products being referred to me by friends that I can use to remove them from the surface so they are at least not visible. I guess my question is, why am I paying so much for a cleaning when I have to go back thru and do stain removal? I was informed by the employee's that "most times red just doesn't come out." However many friends have gotten red stains out with simple products purchased for $5 or less. Is this normal protocol? I had heard on Johnjay and Rich that you sent people back out to remove a stain that was left behind and it was taken care of. So I wanted to ask if these stains can be handled by more experienced cleaners maybe?

I was charged for services not done, when I contacted the office o was told it was their mistake and that's money would be returned in a couple days since it was a weekend mind you my money was able to leave my account in seconds but to get it back it has not been possible ....extremely disappointed... I would NOT recommend you..

Sean was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a terrific job cleaning carpet that was very dirty in some places. I would definitely like to have him come back when I need service next time.
I also liked the way the carpet felt...not "crunchy like when cleaned by other companies. It felt soft, clean and new!

This was my first experience with Zerorez and I was very impressed. The technician was on time, kept me informed of his findings and was very professional.
I like that it is a chemical free process. I would like to also say that my technician, Matt Nelson, did an EXCELLENT job. Of all of the times I have used your company, my carpet looks better than any other time (even though other times it looked very nice). He was also very courteous and put in a great effort to work on the problem areas in the carpet. He is a great representative for Zerorez.

We really like everything about Zerorex and have been using them for years. Their cleaning products do an amazing job and are safe for our two dogs. Their technicians are so professional - polite, informative, friendly and skilled. The office staff is equally professional. They call the day before service and provide a two-hour arrival time. On the day of service they call 15-20 min. prior to their arrival. Thanks for a terrific job yesterday!!!
with a little one all over the floor I love not having to worry about chemicals. Also love how clean my carpets have stayed!
