Eric was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgable about the products and services being provided! He was efficient and extremely thorough. This is the second time we used Zerorez to clean our carpets, and love the fact that there are no soaps/chemicals used that leave a residue. Carpets are clean and soft again!!

My floor is really clean now after getting my tile floors scrubbed! I just wish the grout would have been cleaner afterwards! Very friendly service on the phone and a professional technician!! Overall it was a good experience!!

My tech was VERY professional. We set up a time and then got a smaller window. He arrived in that window with even a call beforehand to say he was on his way. He was professional looking and got right to business. The work that was done is AMAZING. He got rid of all the stains on my floor. Just an amazing service.

We've had good experience both here in Mesa, AZ and back in Bloomington, MN.

I paid for a six-piece sofa sectional to be cleaned and also 3 rooms. i was satisfied with the carpet cleaning, but the sofa sectional was half done; we could tell that cushions were were cleaned as if it looked like horizontal stripes. one swipe was clean and second swipe was dirty. Also, the length of all cushions were not cleaned. At first my family thought it was just still wet, but know it it horribly drastic. I do have to say that he did get out a couple of stains on the cushions. He did seem to work hard but overall couch looks sloppy. I now need to buy an upholstery machine from the store to finish the job;in which I paid already almost $400.00 for your services.

We really liked your service even though it was more expensive than the company we usually use. Your tech, jonathan, was amazing and answered all of our questions.

The one problem I have is that we also have two smaller bedrooms that we did not get cleaned. One has a queen size bed, a dresser,and a desk. VERY LITTLE CARPET! The other has a double bed, a dresser, a large desk. and two shelf units. VERY LITTLE CARPET!! The carpets
in these TWO rooms do not make the space of a single room. We would have been happy to pay for one additional room, but not two. Jonathan explained the advantages of cleaning these rooms (dust, allergies, dirt, etc). but we declined. My usual policy is NOT to again use a carpet service that techs are not allowed to use good judgement.

I don't see a remarkable difference between the Zerorez's product and its competitors. Parts of our carpet felt crunchy as if not entirely clean. If the results are similar, then there seems to be little reason to pay a premium price.

I like that you do not use harsh chemicals. I felt like my carpet was so clean.

About a year ago was the first time we used Zerorez and the tech did a very good job. This time Codie Hammond did an absolutely excellent job. We would highly recommend Zerorez and especially Codie.

My carpet was very worn because it is a rental so I don't expect the carpet to look perfect but I was disappointed that the area where the carpet and tile met is still brown and dirty. Maybe it is difficult to clean this area but the tech only spend about a hour and 15 min in my home which makes me think it she could of spend more time on these areas. However the rest of the house looks great!

Friendly phone staff and technician, effective carpet treatment, didn't have to wait for an appointment for weeks or even days, and the cleaning was fast

There were 3 square patches that were not cleaned... the largest was 18" by 2'.

I love how friendly and efficient the entire staff are and how incredibly thorough the cleaning is.

The service was outstanding,on time, and had a great result. He got out a few stains that had been there for years.

Not impressed with the astronomical additional fees that were "offered" to me. I'm not referring a friend or family to get into that...

I was mostly impressed by Matt, the technician that showed up to clean the carpets and kitchen grout. He was very knowledgeable, but most importantly his customer service was exceptional.

The technicians were polite, explained the services and what we could expect given the age of our carpet and condition of our tile. They went over the costs and there was no high pressure sales.
